Refund policy
All sales are final: no return and no exchange.
We pack your orders very carefully with three steps method, and the packing process is recorded to ensure every item is received in perfect condition.
If an item you received is damaged by the carrier during the shipping process/transport, contact us immediately at: info@nitronails.com, including:
- Order number
- Name on order
We will need you to provide us with evidence (photos/videos). After investigation, we will determine if you are qualified for the replacement.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened, in new and unused condition, with all original tags, seals, and labels attached.
No return or exchange on sale items.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@nitronails.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Exceptions
All sales are final. However, we accept returns or exchanges for damaged products. Damages must occur before the customer received the package.

Please note
- On-sale items are final sale and can not be returned/exchanged.
- Items without options of colors and/or styles will be sent to purchasers in random colors/styles.
- All returned items due to damages during transportation must be in the original package and unopened.
- We are not responsible for returned/lost packages if the customer provided the wrong address. The customer must pay the shipping cost to the corrected address if you want us to re-send you your items. Please remember to include the correct apartment number/suite number.
- An adult over 18 years old must be available at provided address to receive the package. We are not responsible for the returned packages if there is no one to receive the package at delivery. You must pay the shipping costs again to receive your package at the correct address provided.
- If the shipping address is a business address, please track your package regularly with provided tracking number. Your package might be in your mailbox/parcel locker. If there is no one to pick up the package, it will be sent back to the sender. The buyer must pay the shipping cost one more time for us to re-send the package.
- Please check your email regularly for the latest updates. If you have any concerns about your shipped items please contact the carrier with provided tracking number.
- Customers who get free shipping from us: if you cancel your order after the package was shipped, you must pay the shipping cost as a deduction to your total refund amount. Please contact us if you have any questions.
- The shipping cost is not refundable.
