Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders outside the USA can take 10-21 business days.
Domestic: the shipping flat rate is $8 on orders under $200. Free shipping is available on orders $200+.
International: shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We ship almost everywhere in the world! Please note that customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
All sales are final: no return and no exchange. We only accept returns for items that are damaged by the shipping carrier during transportation. All acceptable returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unopened, in new and unused condition, with all original tags, seals, and labels attached.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
