All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (M-F not including weekends and holidays). However, during sales, product launches, or holidays, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to ship. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.
Orders to residents within the USA, once shipped, typically arrive in 3-5 business days. Orders outside the USA can take 10-21 business days.
Shipping flat rate is $8 orders under $200. Free shipping is available on orders over $200.
We ship almost everywhere in the world! Please note that customers are responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) or customs fees imposed by their respective countries when shipping internationally. These taxes are NOT included in the International shipping fee and orders will not be refunded because of unwanted additional fees. Please be sure to check with your local post office to find out the fees before placing an order.
No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will happily accept a return within 30 days of receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding shipping and handling. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. We monitor return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances. All returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.
